Does your XDF for the Jeep Patriot allow you to tune the operation of the CVT?
I would like to keep my variator at lower ratio during acceleration. The factory programming is like shifting an 80s model GM as soon as the shift light goes high..

I was able to remover the VATS from my PCM using Universal Patcher..

2005 GMT-800 P59 PCM VATS Delete
I have a 2005 GMC 1500 4.3L, Distributor, DBC, 4L60E Trans and a P59 PCM. I would like to delete the vats. I can not locate a XDF a file for the PCM. Can some one point me in the direction of how to make a XDF or maybe if they know what bit turns off the VATS. I would even settle for a software load...
