There is certainly an ignition table in there somewhere, there is one in the M3.3.1 which carried over a lot of the tables from the non vanos ECU. Think it is a 5x1 table, you will see it in the latest 506 ECU XDF. you're certainly right, I didn not search for ignition relative table for the moment...

IAT correction
Hi all, After tuning with success my new alpha/n table, it seems that I have a light increase of AFRs when the temperature drops. So i need to adjust IAT correction. I found 5 tables that I think are IAT related (descriptor D0). http://i346.photobucket.com/albums/p403/Evilt16/IAT%20maps_zpslgjviu4f....

You're right about extending the limp mode table, thats exactly what I want To do. I've done another thread about it to make it easy To ses for other people. I have some photos of the setup i will post them today. I polished the manifold up To 400, maybe its too much as you say. But the bignproblem ...

Hi Hairyscreech, You're absolutely right, there is a table in the code who tells all the tables adresses, but I couldnt find it, I dont know how adresses are. A 16x16 table would be more than Perfect, the original alpha n table is 7x6. With that I could tune perfectly at low loads with ITBs and have...

Extend tables size
Hi guys Did someone ever experienced extending tables size? I tried with success To rescale rpm axis on WOT tables up to 7000rpm, now I would like to extend TPS and RPM axis on the alpha-n table (maf limp mode) To have a better definition on low throttle opening. It seems that it needs To modify som...

Normally it's the same adress for 405 and 403 : 6F71. Anyway, if you are using m50 injectors you dont need To touch this table. What has been rescaled exactly in your bin? If you are using everything from the m50 (sensors, maf, injectors...), your fueling should be not so bad even on a m20, load cal...

Its not the good table, this one is a PW correction from IAT and another value that I dont know the descriptor. I dis the same mistake by thinking it was latency correction but could not obtain any good effect. The injector latency correction table is 5x1 and is only voltage dependant. What dme are ...

Not sure but I think you'll effectively need a speed signal with 413 dme. I think that the speed signal for dme comes from the original dashboard, I dont know if the signal from the speed sensor is modified by the dashboard and then ditribued To dme, or if it's raw signal. Some guys used To split th...

Hi, I think that the 413 red label XDF will allow you To tune everything you need. Checksum will be updated automatically when you save your changes. Tuning will be easier by using an Ostrich 2.0, and then you can burn your .bin in a chip when tuning is ok. If you run no MAF tuning can be a little h...

No problem hairyscreech 😉 Now its clear: higher the value = higher the enrichment. This confirms there is a problem 😅 with all values at 255 enrichment is not better... I'll check if I dont have fuel pressure problems, I dont think because my fuel pump is a 255l/h and its far enough for 270cc ...

Yes 270cc are a bit too much, but I couldnt use the m50 one because I run e85 now . I tried To adjust the latency but I dont know what need these injectors, it seems To be better with higher values. I will try more on it . For the accel enrichment, descriptors are rpm and D3, but TPS is CB, maybe is...

Last Two days I made some tests with the ostrich. WOT is now good, PT are better (not perfect but I have To work on it again), but I have some problems with idle which is verry erratum (sometimes rich, sometimes lean), but I think that's because injectors are biggers (270cc). I had To lean a lot at ...

Are you sure about position of TPS and CPS? A bad positionning of one of them can cause many problems. To trace the tables and adjust fueling and advance, you need to use tunerpro RT (Real Time), so you can see where you are in maps and adjust values, e.g if you are at a given load/rpm, thé point o...

If you have an ostrich you can trace the tables and adjust fueling and spark with Tunerpro. Are you using m50 sensors? Specially the cam position sensor? What idle valve are you using? Do you use the maf from the m50? If not, you're running in alpha n mode and thé tables are surely not adapted for ...

Hi Aboutton 😉 1. Yes I have switched wires 1 and 3 on the TPS plug . 2. Ok I see what you mean. 3. I know that no airbox will affect a low end torque, but thats an option that I dont neglect, maybe I will come To it with a bigger MAF when the actual setup will work fine. 4.you're right, it seems ...

You're absolutely right, thats what I meaned by wiring the TPS signal on thé MAF plug: TPS signal will be use for both TPS and MAF in parrallel. For the airbox + MAF, maybe I could do it in the future, but I have to build the airbox, it will ask a bit of work so I want first To make this setup work...

Little update: My TPS had a little clearance with the throttles shaft, solved with a better adaptatif with no clearance. Now voltage changes as soon as throttles move, and response on acceleration is better. I'll receive my Ostrich 2.0 soon, more update when it will be there. I'm thinking about wiri...

Alpha n/ itb's on m50b25/dme 403
Hi all, My car ls a bmw e36 with a m50b25, 403 dme. This week I put a set of individual throttle bodies from a 1000 gsxr. I run with no maf (unplugged). I have some problems of lean AFR in fast throttle : AFR reaches at 16/17, and then go down to 11 (I run E85, my wide band controller is a Zeitronix...
