tuner pro tutorial for complete beginner

Hi everyone I know there must be a beginners tutorial on the forum but cannot find it could somebody point me in the right direction.I am reading proms from a batronix chip reader and starting to work on bmw e30 325.I have been using winols and tuner pro works differently and struggling with working with xdf and bin,
