The ostrich

Post by adowdell »

I was wondering about some info on the ostrich from craig Moates' website.

In the listing for it it says that the AAA battery is good for 75 years and you can leave it in your car.... Does that mean that you don't have to burnn chips anymore? That you can just install the ostrich, and then when you want to tune you just plug in. Then when you're done you just unplug and leave the connector in the glove box.

Correct, although it is always a good idea to keep a known-working chip in your car in case of failure.
