Tables help needed

I am noobie to tuning and I have two bins for the same dme but the tables in the parameter tree are different as noted in the pics.
How do i get them to be the same and have the same values?

If the tables in the parameter tree are different, than means you're using different XDFs.

Dang! Yes, I just realized that I was using a 402 xdf instead of a 403.
Now I have encountered another problem, I have the right 403 bin but the program wont open the 403 xdf because it says that the "attributes need to be enclosed by quotes marks". How do I go changing the attributes to have the quote marks.
I can send this to anyone who would be willing to make it possible.

Redownload the XDF. Right-click, save as.
