$OD/$31 help

Post by Cereal_killer »

Hey guys, you may remember me as drumer919/1badV8dime from several years ago here and @ fbody and fullsizechevy. I did a lot with $OD and I wrote the $31 XDF.

I no longer have my 95 V8 S10 but I do still have my 95 full size. I am wanting to switch over to run $OD on my size (with 7427, 350 and a 4L80e). I remember one guy (maybe 95fullsizechevy or something like that) actually accomplished this awhile ago and even sent me his personal bin file but I need more help.

Has anyone else done this? Is it more common now days? Also 93v8s10, are you still here? Can you please email me if you are, dgostlin1 [at] hotmail [dot] com.

Not sure how to run a 4l80E on $0D... but it's to easy to just run a $0E bin file.

Ok so I've downloaded TPv5 and a new $31 XDF but when I open the chip read from the perfect running chip my tables are all over the place. can anyone recommend a known good $31 XDF file?

You sure it's the XDF? That your tune runs well in the vehicle isn't an indication that it has been read correctly.
