First time use of TunerPro RT
Got all my gear set up.
Laptop using Com1
Cable from TTS
Car is a 87 Jag XJ/6 with a 1995 LT1 transplant from a corvette.
I have the file 94-95_LT1_F_Car.ads in as my datastream def
I turn on the ignition, try to connect to the ecm.
I hear the fuel pump start and then I get a "failed to connect"
What am I doing wrong??????

Most people use TunerPro RT for free and verify that it functions for their needs before donating. There's a lot to the application. If you're disappointed, I'll refund your money. I'm not in it for that (this is a hobby for me, not a business).Craig Smith wrote:Tell me that my $30.00 wasn't waisted!

You didn't need to do that!
I can use it on ther cars.
That's a very nice jester though, not many folks would do something like that nowadays.
Don't run the refund!
It's only $30.00, I have bar tabs bigger than that once a week.
You keep on doing your thing my man!
I do this for fun also, it's not a buisness for me either. I just like the knowledge side of it. When one of my son's buddies comes to me for answers and questions on thier own cars, makes me feel good.
I have never jumped into the programing side of the hobby before. I'm an old fashioned carb man, big cams, stroking motors and the like.
This side of the hobby fasinates me!
