SES flashes very quickly after eprom swap (1227747)

Hi folks,
in first, a very big "Thank you" to Mark. I appreciate this powerful tool and the time you invest to built this for the DIY community. I'm a novice in this field, but I hope that I improve my skills rapidly.

First time use, first problems........
I would make a new eprom for a 350 V8, swapped in instead the old 4.3 V6. I use the old 2732A Eproms, downloaded different bin's (for the right year and engine) from the Moates mirror (AMUR, AKAL, ANLZ, ACSW). The bin was opened in TunerPro, EGR deactivated (disabled the option flag field), bin saved. The modified bin was burned on the empty eprom and verified. If I swapped in the AKAL (1227747 ECM) the SES light is off, but the engine runs lousy. With the AMUR and ANLZ the engine runs much better, but the SES light comes on and will flashes very quickly if the engine is running. And the ECM will not send any data to the ALDL port. I'm a little bit confused......
