how to reset BLM?

how to reset BLM?

it seems no matter what I set my bpc vs egr to, or how high I increase the VE tables, cell 1 BLM is always 134 with the slightest tap of the throttle

is there a way to reset it within tunerpro?

Is it in closed loop.
To change the values it needs to be in closed loop first.
