VR V6 Turbo Tunes

i have been trying to get my head around all this but not with much success. i am only new to all this and don't wish to blow my engine. just wondering if anyone had a file already suited to this? just stock motor running 6psi.... any help with either the basics ie what i need to change or how to get statred...

I'm new to this too but I mostly have it figured out. Exactly what kind of car do you have. Be as specific as possible.

Is the VR a Auto or Manual. $11 or $12 ?? and have u swaped the MAP over to a 2 Bar?
