Incomplete DA3

Incomplete DA3
I have discovered that the version of DA3 that I have is incomplete. Specifically, I am looking for two tables called Low Octane ESC Multiplier vs RPM and Low Octane ESC Multiplier vs MAP. I know there are other tables that I do not have, but these are most pressing. Does anyone have a more complete version of DA3 that has these tables in it??
