been looking into why my motronic 4.4 for my volvo 960 disables all lambda adaptations on my car when going over 7 in load
basically i have done an engineswap fron na 6cylinder to twinturbo 6cylinder
and also swapped the hfm sensor to one with greater range
now my issue is that when above 2000rpm and partload i get high load +7ms and no lambda adaptation
but when passing 3000rpm i get back to partload adaptation
so my theory is that somewhere in this bin there's a map that defines max load for adaptation or max load that's supposed to be at specific rpm
the hfm sensor should have a range of up to ~1000kg air/hr
and that should be well above the range which i'm at and should be sufficient for atleast some 300bhp
so i think i hit the full load limit and need to change this
any of you have done this ?
i see in motronic 4.4 for 5cylinder na there are max load / rpm and i suppose there should be something similar in the 6cylinder edition
we have overlayed the two bins and have found most settings but not this one
all help is appreciated
N/A motronic 4.4 max load signal for part load ?
