$5D VN 808 faults when realtime changes made.

I have been running a number of Delco 808 ecu's with 2 Bar MAP sensors but when trying a 3 Bar get error 33 MAP sensor voltage high. I have previously tuned with Tunercat but there are a lot of variables missing I notice are available in the tunerpro .ecu for the $5D calibration. I tried the calibration with my ostrich but evertime I made a change I received error 51 memcal fault and the vehicle goes into default untill I reload the stock bin. I suspect the checksum is a problem, anyone else having issues with this??

did u flag the ID from 5D to AA to rule out checksum errors??
