Help with Vss numbers?

Hi, Im just getting to my car this year and going to attempt to tune it. but I have not touched my program since....november 07?
Anyways, Im trying to get all my baseline stuff ready and i would like to know how do i get the info from my chip on the car now? i had someone do a rough tune over a year ago and i would like to use some of the info on there like( my VSS numbers and a few other things) also would like to save everything and datalog it myself. its not bad, but it bucks a bit and i would like to maybe build off that.
