Problem with ALDL and tunerpro...

Hello, I have been trying to find somebody who may know what my problem is. I have a 87 Iroc Z with a 91 dash and a 93 LT1 engine installed, and cannot get my autoprom to connect to my ECM. I downloaded the xdf and ads files from the tunerpro website, and it gives me a message saying they are mismatched files. I've tried everything to include fixing the port problem but it still will not connect. It always says connection failed. Everything is wired in correctly as far as I can tell, just cant get a connection. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Im having this problem also - I keep getting connection failed when I try to connect to ECM.

You did not mention, are you using the computer from the 93 LT1 in your car and its ALDL port?

exactly which ADS file are you two using? the one i made?
