What XDF and BIN for 94' S-10 W/Flashprom

Thinking about tuning a 94' S-10 4.3 standard trans "Z" motor with a Flash PCM, but don't have a clue where to access the info, or even if my Moates Autoprom and TunerPro are capable. Familiar with modding/tuning, however it was with OD code and EEProms. Anyone info on how to go about it apreciated.

Are you sure you have a flash pcm? A friend of mine has the "W" engine in a 94 s-10 and it has a 7730 which also uses the 0D. The "Z" engine is the tbi one isn't it.
