There are no rpm labels at the top of the table.
Also, how come the is no PE %Change to A/F vs. RPM in the 8d code. I cound not make heads or tails of lambda W and C until I went to tunercat used the PE %Change to A/F vs. RPM and read their description and then went back and looked at the changes that were made in the lambda W tables?

No RPM Lables: this is likely due to an error or omission in the ECU you're using.
no PE A/F vs RPM in 8d code. No idea. If it is in the code, but not in the ECU, then add it. If it isn't in the code period, I don't know what to tell you. Sounds like you should ask a GM engineer. =D
