Wheres the sticky?

New here, I couldn't find any sticky for new users. Like how to use Tuner Pro, or how to save a baseline copy of the existing ecu before messing with it so it can be reverted back to a stock flash if need be.
And what about on obd1 vehicles? 1991 mk2 vw golf 8v I'd like to practice on tuning here, a vag com cable can be plugged into the car, but I don't see any sticky on how to tune a turbo that has been added. More forced in air, means we have to adjust fuel rate, correct? Fuel, air and spark is not too complicated since VE 14.7:1 is what should be for all ICE engines.
