1995 Ford F-150 5.0L...what do I need?

Hey guys,

I have a client with a 1995 F-150 5.0 that he wants to dial in for a little better power, but fuel economy is what he is wanting most. What do I need (connectors, cabling, definition file, and .ads file) to get into his ECU to tune? Are there special adapters (like the G1 adapter for the GM OBD1) and is this ECU flashable or do I need to buy an EEPROM also?
