INT dropping on decel, but no BLM change?

I just got done successfully tuning my part throttle, but am still having stalling problems

consistently the INT will drop when comming to a stop, then it stalls.

Ive tried leaning it out in the low rpm table, but then it stalls on idle when I first start the car, or stalls before I even come to a stop!

the BLM doesnt seem to change during decel or before it stalls, is it locked?

If the ECM is in DFCO, the injectors are off, so the INT/BLM has no effect. If the INT doesn't stay out long enough, then the BLM doesn't get updated. Finally, if the ECM isn't in learn mode at that point, the BLMs will stay at 128. I'm guessing you're in one of those 3 situations at that point.
