Bin offsets related to XDF

I have a padded Bin of 64k
A9L
Xdf is GUFB
I just noticed that the Bin Size and Base offsets do not match
If I have padded the Bin to 64k
What should be the Base offset?
Also should I subtract it?

With a padded bin the base offset should be set to zero.
