Someone has already done this probably.
But how do you Pad a bin?
I have the Hex editor program
My files in TunerPro seem to have lost all of the padding that were in them.
How?
I don't know
Dex has been kind enough to pad one for me but I have over twelve files that need to be done.
I am no IT guy so if someone could do a step thingy for us folks, it would be nice.

That's what the bin stacker is for. How do you want it padded? Your bin is XXX bytes, and you want to pad it to YYY bytes? If so, what are the numbers and I'll show you how, but in general:
1) Open the stacker (F5)
2) Set the chip size to the size you want to pad to (YYY)
3) Set the block size to the same as the chip size (YYY)
4) Set the bin size to the actual size of your bin as it is unpadded (XXX)
5) Give it an output file name/path
6) Set up the input file to be the bin you'd like to pad
7) Hit Stack
There you have it!
