Try using the other 165 definition file that came with TP.

I believe your car is an 8192 baud rate.

Where did you get those values?

You should be using a factor of 0.369 and an offset of 10.35

factor = 1 / 2.71
offset = 28.06 / 2.71

Try that and you should be on the money

I have seen similar problems with a standard ALDL interface cable when command chaining is used. If you have some commands chained, try disabling it.
