I finished my brake upgrade (finally). I am going to try to get some time 5/26/12 to try out the version 3 file and see if the problem goes away.

Just a quick update - still finishing big brake upgrade (among other projects ). I WILL post the results when I can get back to the ECM.

Ah, sorry, still haven't been able to try the new A095. My brakes went out so I am doing the big brake upgrade. Car is up on blocks. My dryer just went out and must replace the motor. Thanks. I received it in the email you sent. I should be able to try it when I finish work tonight. I create a log file when I run it. I have the old log file and will retain that as well.
