also, in the ECU, bitmask generally allows you to specify how many bits you want in the item. It only applies to flag and should *always* be set to 80.

I believe their exponential scaling factor is the equivelant of mult, div, bit in the ECU. when their exp. sc. factor is set to -1, that means divide (x^-1 = 1/x), which the same as setting mult, div, bit to "1" in the ECU (0 = multiply, 1 = divide, 2 = bitwise). so, I can (almost) guarante...

Yeah, I have all the datastream formats. I can send them to you, but I wouldn't recommend creating any TunerPro data stream defs quite yet. The format is going to change over the next few releases. I'd hate to see you put a bunch of work into it only to have it not work in the future. once the file ...

Don't forget that you can press F7 for the summary view and click on the name header to sort them alphabetically. Does that suffice for now?

Again, the syntax error message is a result of an invalid ECU file, not bin file. Usually its an error as a result of hand-editing the ECU file. If you can't figure out where the error is, send me the ECU and I'll fix it for you.

I've heard of this problem only once before but haven't been able to reproduce it. The first thing to try is to resize the main window, then try resizing the lists themselves. If that fails, close TunerPro, delete the settings file, and restart the application. If that fails, we'll go from there. I'...

The most important thing you need is a hak of the bin for the mask you're trying to create a definition for.

no PE A/F vs RPM in 8d code. No idea. If it is in the code, but not in the ECU, then add it. If it isn't in the code period, I don't know what to tell you. Sounds like you should ask a GM engineer. =D
