I am currently working with an '87 Camaro with the LB9 series motor and the 1227165 ECM. I have successfully logged data at the 160 baud rate using the 1227165_160.ADX file. As I read the A028 data steam definition it indicates that this particular ECM is known as a "Hybrid" and capable of outputting two speeds: 160/8192 baud. The stream definition lays out two sets of parameters, one set for the low speed stream and it has 25 parameters. There is a second set of parameters, 63 parameter bytes.
1. Where do I go to get the correct ADX file to use for high speed logging?
2. I have scoured the EFI-Gearhead forum and do not see what I think I
need. Could it be as simple as using the 1227165_$6E.ADX file? I have reviewed the spec and ADX file and believe they are similar. Just lacking in knowledge to confidently move forward with a logging effort.
Anybody know where i can find these: ECM 1228330 FDX & ADS for a 89 Cadillac Brougham with the VIN Y LV2 5.0 Olds 307, or perhaps some kind soul could make them?

I have been searching for ADS + XDF file for $0DA 16196395 or
16197427 94 - 95 Truck, Van, 4.3L L35 CPI. You may not have time now, you posted this some time ago. But any info you may have can help.
I am looking for a XDF for the $OD MAF code. Specifically one with the 4L60e parameters in it. I have all the other files I believe. I can switch xdfs from the maf one I have to a regular $OD one and can see the trans parameters are in the bin, just not in the maf xdf. If anyone has it please let me know.
Hi
I just rcvd cable from Moates and downloaded TunerPro.
I'm a bit confused on a few items.
Looks like mask id $99 99.ads should work for engine though I have a 4L60E, not a 4L80E.
what would be ads file for the transmission?
also - I see Robert has list of obdi datastream definitions and the A179 appears to be very similar to 99.ads - but not identical.
What is a "datastream file" - ie. A179 vs an .ads file. Are they one and the same?
If there is link or reference to read, I can spend some time before using this groups time. I didn't see one on Google. - seems all links point back here!
This car is amazing! I paid $350.00 for it four years ago and put over 40,000 miles on it (Now 205,600). It has been nearly trouble-free.
Check Engine light came on last year and using TunerPro RT, V5.
I used:
$5B 16183247
V5 ONLY -5B_V5.adx
94-95 Series 1 3.8L (L27) and 94-95 Series 3.8L SC (L67)
I was able to diagnose a faulty Throttle Position Sensor. Cheap and easy fix.
I was able to create my own dash and watch the 'gages' as I drove to work. (Actually I recorded the trip and watched it later). It was an easy find and an easy fix.
Now I have the ABS lamp on and am having trouble getting usable data. the values are very unstable.
I am trying to use:
(ABS) 94-95_L_N_ABS.ads 94-95 L and N Body ABS module (only)
Is this the right Datastream Definition?
When I connect, the data is running about 3 - 5Hz and is all over the place. I tried to implement "Wait for Silence" at the beginning of the commands (70-100 ms) and I tried to tweak command replies, but I have no idea what the delays and packet sizes should be set at.
I'm using a Dell M4600 laptop with Windows 7 Pro.(2012 vintage)
So.. do I have the correct ABS definition? And can anyone help me to get this running?
I am having some complications finding a bin that gets close to my application, and I was hoping for some guidance. I have a 93 S10 4.3 LB4 engine code that came with a BCFZ memcal chip. I have converted the truck to a 5-speed from a 91, and the engine is going ballistic. I just got my autoprom in the mail today, and was hoping someone could direct me to a NON-California compliant bin file for a 4.3 V6, just to give me a good start. My truck doesn't have EGR or Cats, so you can blame me for the lack of ozone if you like, but I'd really like to dial this truck in. I can do it the hard way if necessary, but I'd really appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction to someone who's already done the leg-work. Thanks in advance!

I am in desperate need of an adx for my 1993 Fleetwood that is running like crap. ECU is 16159280. Since I am in Sweden there is little support on these vechicles. Help would be very appreciated.
I am looking for a 1993 Buick Riviera with a 3800 L27 motor. I can connect, used the ads file from the Tunerpro site, but the data is bouncing all over the place. Anyone know where I can get the right file?
What is an ads / adx? What do I use it for. How do I create one. Not understanding this at all. I'm working on a PCM from a 2005 Escalade with a 12587603 OS. Also, is there any place I can get explicit information on how to use the features in tuner Pro, such as changing a table and understanding what each parameter means, etc.
Thanks to all who respond.

Hello all, I have found a few ADX files online for the 94 - 95 GM 6.5 diesels, but none of them seem to be able to read the data for the trans temp for the 4l80e. I was hoping that someone here might have a working ADX or be able to help me get one that I have working. currently most sensors will read except for the trans temp always shows -40f.
I was hopeful that maybe other ADX files in this era might be that same for this same transmission where I could use those parameters and enter them into the file I have allowing it to read this sensor data.
Is anyone able to add a PID and a logging histogram to an ADX? I have a 73 K5 with an LM7, I'm using the 2156 OS and Id like to see MAF Hz in my logs. the PID is mode 22 PID# 1250. I'm using the LS1 OBDII ELM327 adx
Hi there. I will like to know what you need for make xdf, ads and adx, for Opel Astra h 1.3cdti 2009 model, with magneti marelli mjet 601, sw 3308ac70 & hw marel 0100. Hello All!
I'm trying to locate ADX file for a 1994 Buick Road Master with 4l60e transmission, 3.42 gears, 295/40zr20 tires.
I'm trying to set the speedometer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am still pretty new to this.
Remarkable how people keep posting inquiries to this thread despite the fact that no one has answered any in YEARS ....
NOTE: Dang shame, too. Gotta love cars like that Roadmaster. Maybe the moderators and the creator of TunerPro all have EVs now and are too busy trying to keep them charged to pay much attention here ....

Have you tried the "EE_Auto.adx" made for Y & F body LT1's available for download from the TunerPro website? I know it doesn't say B-Body, but the B-Body cars still used the $EE mask in their PCMs just like the F and Y body cars.
“Hello, I’m looking for someone who can assist me in creating an ADX file for TunerPro. I’m eager to view live data from a Suzuki outboard with a Mitsubishi ECU! If anyone can help me, please feel free to get in touch with me.”
Does anyone have a adx (or ads) (and .xdf) for a 1994 Caprice 4.3L (baby LT1)?
I'll take links to the file. I used to have it about 10 years ago. I used the current downloads and I am getting junk or maybe my PCM is dead (crazy). TunerProRt is reporting Trouble Codes for all sensors being in high and low at the same time. I think my current adx is not parsing the datastream correctl.
I'm in a "crank and no start" situation.
Thanks.
