Polaris Bin Read and Write Tool/Software

I'm looking for direction on what hardware and software I can use to read and write bin files on the Polaris 2 stroke snowmobiles. I see options out there for the 4 stroek stuff but not the 2 stroke. I have an OBDX Pro Gt and the OBD2 to Polaris interface cable. Will something like BitBox work with this or am I in left field? Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated.
