I'm trying to adjust the TPS on a GM system. Winaldl dash reads -12.3 with the throttle fully closed. When the trottle is fully open it read +10.5. I'm assuming the reading should be something closer to zero when the throttle is closed. Is this a correct assumption or am I way off?
