6e MAF Table two odd display
Not sure if this is an ECM or tuner pro issue. I have a 1989 corvette using the 6e mask with tuner pro 4.7. I noticed my MAF table 2 show two odd voltage values in the table. Something like 2.19 2.20 2.01 I looked at another persons table and it showed his 2.20 value as 2.10 Does this sound like som...

Re: Data Logging with Data Masters or Tuner Pro RT
I registered and downloaded TunerPro RT today. In the past I was using Tuner Pro, Burn2 and DataMasters for data logging and chip burning. It appears that Tuner Pro RT has data logging capabilities. Questions: 1) Is there an advantage to data logging with Tuner Pro RT instead of data logging with D...

Verify EMU RAM against current BIN
fisrt attempt at using tuner Pro RT and Ostrich. Using a 6e.xdf I open the bin in Tuner Pro RT and then Upload current bin to emulator and get "sucess" Then I Verify EMU RAM against Current BIN and get failure over and over again. Question: The first time I loaded a bin to the emulator I l...

Bin Stacker and Block Size
OK guys I am making real headway. I was able to read my chip and make a simple change to the bin. I added 200 rpm to idle when A/C is on and created a new bin. I have ordered some chips from Moates they are the of the 512 size. I believe this means I need to use the Bin stacker in Tuner Pro. The Bin...

thanks guys, I was thinking I probably just needed to adjust the buffer addressing. Thanks for confirming. I'm out of town working at my real job so I won't get a chance to mess with this until later this week. Once I get a look at the file, the only tweak I want to make at this time is to bump the ...

Moates G1 adapter for 89 corvette with memcal question
When I read the custom chip off of the Moates G1 memcal adapter in my 1989 corvette with newer 383, the chip doesn't seem to have all the bin file data I was expecting to see. After I read the chip and open the bin file in Tuner Pro much of the data appears to be filler data ie 255 in decimal format...

OK, thanks that sort of jives with a brief conversation I had with the engine builder. the couple of efi tuning books I've read sort of gloss over this. they talk about MAF and Speed density and then continue the tuning example with a VE table. Thanks for the direction I'll try to do more research t...

Yes. I have a 1989 Corvette MAF based system. When I data log, the BLMs are mostly 15% lower that 128 meaning that the computer thinks the engine is running rich and it is pulling fuel out of the mix. I have done a check of all things mechanical that I can think of so I thought I would experiement w...

What table to look at for base fuel map and how to see it
Sorry, looked did some search but didn't see an answer to my basic question. I am poking around on a downloaded bin file with tuner pro to feel my way around the file and Tuner Pro. I was expect to see a table with rpm on one side and some type of load across the top that shows values in the table t...
