Can I keep TP RT Ver 3.10 + still try Ver. 4.10 ?

Can I keep the 3.10 ver. on my laptop that I know how to use and works good and try new 4.10 Ver. without overwriting it? If so please give detailed instructions so I don't mess it up. :?: Thanks , Mike.
