Just wondering if your taking the reading static without the engine running. If you are try with the engine running (need to be quick for chance of over-revving) The reason I question is you may have a voltage drop and the best way to find it is under actual working conditions. The erratic readings seem to have cleared themselves up somehow. COolant sensor reads 240.5 at startup and TPS still only shows a range of .54 to 1.33 though.

ANy ideas at all? I'm trying a new ECM next I guess...
