Well, it seems to have fixed it for the limited time I played with it.
I did lock once but I think it was operator induced :roll:

It should work fine on Vista. What is the behavior you see when you say "lock"? Does the computer simply become unresponsive altogether, or do you simply stop getting data from the vehicle, and you can't reconnect (suggesting the car's computer is "locked")? the first laptop I h...

I have a Toshiba satellite A135 running Vista.
it has 3gig Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 512mb ram, and 200gigs in the HD's
I have the latest version of TPrt (4.14.0379)and am using Moates' ALDU1 cable for datalogging.
any other info you need?

I have an issue, I don't know if it is a bug or just me. When I have the computer in the car and communicating after a few minutes the computer freezes. If you re-upload and it runs fine - does it stop running correctly if you don't make any changes to the bin, then let it sit? I just figured how to watch it in TP and there are 0 samples saved in the logs so there is nothing to export.

ostrich problems?

Whenever I start my car after sitting for a few hrs, the car runs like it has no chip in it and I have to re-upload to the ostrich then all is fine. are the batteries dead or do I have another issue?

Datalog export problems

When I export a datalog from tunerpro as a .CSV when I open it the datafields are empty. It just started doing this a couple of nights ago. I think I changed something to cause this but I can't figure out what it is. anybody have any ideas?
