Losing connection while logging

This weekend I installed my Quarterhorse and am using TunerPro v5 with it. I have an A9P ECU but am using the A9L bin and files from Moates so I can log. So made an A9L bin from my A9P bin and put that on the QH. I was able to make my own dashboard of items to be logged and it will start to log just fine but after about a minute TP will report no connection to the QH.

When this happened I pulled over and turned off the key for 10 seconds, still couldn't connect. Tried many things and nothing would work except a restart of the computer (Win7 x64, fully patched).

I wasn't able to find any posts that described this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Are there any logs in TP I can look at to see why this may be happening?

What did he do to fix it? I think I may be having the same problem, after a few minutes logging just seems to stop, it doesn't say disconnected but I have to restart to get it to work again
