Reading/saving tune from SCT chip

Hi, pretty new to this and any advice would be great, I have the set up from T.I performance I was able to read and save the bin from their chip fairly easily, the problem I have is I can’t figure out how to read and save the bin from my SCT chips that have tunes on them, is there some sort of setting I am missing to read the chip or is it a trial and error thing to figure out if its like a 128k chip or a 56k chip or whatever it may be and change the memstart and memend values? Any thoughts would help, I have searched for 2 days and haven’t really found much info on my issue that has helped, thanks
