BMW E46 M3 MSS54 binary reads

Hey team, new user, need some help if possible.

Car: 2002 BMW M3

DME: MSS54
HW: 7835564
SW: 1801

Trying to read the tune file however I'm finding it hard to match up the bytes and tune segments with other tune files. It seems the DimSport tune has something transposed and/or high/low and no matter how I slice it, I can't work it out.

There are three tune files in the zip, each non DimSport, except mine.

Any help on how to read and decode this would be appreciated. Haven't come across this one before.
