Have a Aprilia RS4 125ccm 2012 model. Have added a LeoVince exhaust. But the bike is running lean. I have diagnostig tools and have used Gussidiag and tuner pro and have turned of the lambda and also tried some other stuff. loading bin file to the bike also works well. But i have some questions as the Main fuel map cold looks ok but the warm fuel map does look odd. at 2000 rpm it shows 0 at several points.
Normally it shows numbers between 500 to 2500. What is this number as this does not look like the Air/ fuel ratio numbers. Does higher number mean more fuel here? It is in the area of 2000-2500 ant max throttle so would think that higher number is higher but the warm map have higher number and normaly I would guess you have leaner/ less fuel at warm motor?
see my attachemts. if readable. Had to reszie to updload here.
By the way I used the XDF file for tunerpro named MIUG3_Aprilia_RS4_125_CM088115_V1.02 that I found on their web page.
If anyone could give me a hint if I should make higer or lower numbers in the main map and if like 20% increase is a good place to start in a map when changing to an open exhaust.

Re: Adding fuel
I guess that the glitches is easier to see in the two 3D graphs. The Warm fuel map have some huge parts that sticks out and the cold are very smooth

Re: Adding fuel
This should be the other motorcycle section.
Are you sure the xdf is made for your version of firmware. They have to match exact location of data offsets.
XDF from who's website? Where is the firmware dump from? The firmware dump you have does look like it's a bad read if the xdf is correct.
