Cells in main window disapper?

Hi
I have got a problem with your software
At first I have no problem everything was ok but after some time the main window with cells disapper and I cant make it wissible again
I open bin file and xdf file (at first they bouth work perfect ) but now I cant creat any table flags ect . The binary i can see only when i use hex editor but the are no sing of them in the main window and when i open the tables already writen in the xdf I can see their values but the main window dont show anything it is blank
I have reinstal your software and nothing i have tried to deinstal it (I have also deinstal the registry entry and after that instal again tunerpro nothing )
I have similar problems on two PC (desktop and laptop)
Any advise?
I'm working with windows XP on bouth of them
The problem start after some strange crash of the tunerpro
I'm sorry for my pure english and maybe my question is stupid but i cant find the answer what is wrong
