Differacnces in values between tunerpro and tunercat

I was just comparing a few things between Tunerpro and Tunercat. I was specifically looking at AE Map and AE TPS Tables and the values that come up are differant. Example Tunercat values for AE Map are from 183usec to 366usec TunerPro are from 42.78 to 85.56usec same ratio differant values???? Is there an updated ECU file?? BTW this is a 7749 ecu. Which are the correct values??

TunerCat takes the table biases into account. TunerPro does not. TunerPro 4.0 will include the ability to do this.
