Hi

I am looking for a definition file for the following DME 1.3 Motronic

BOSCH-Number : 0 261 200 381 / DME 1.3 Motronic
BMW-Original Sparepart Number: 12 14 1 730 574
BMW-Original Sparepart Number: 12 14 1 735 363

It is for a BMW 325i M20B25 e30 with Kat.
Has anyone of you worked out an .xdf file for the ECU; because i tried to find one, but i didn't so far?

I am also interested in an original, unmodified .bin file for this ECU - in my ECU is a customised eprom, and i want to compare it with an original one to see what has been modified.

well I got a 173 ecu , the bin file will work just fine in that 381 ecu that you got. I am also done with nice XDF for 173 ecu so it will work for you. Join ecuproject.com forum, there we can exchange bin files and other stuff. that forum lets you post bins.
