Problems with checksum

I have been trying to figure out why I keep getting a code 15 and I have no idea. I am using a Quarterhorse RT 1.6 with the latest build (8144) of TunerPro.

Ever since I installed the QH and started using TP I've had some codes and I am now trying to chase them down. I also get code 81 & 82 which are for my IAC and that is new. I don't have any control with the checksum in TP, do I? I am not changing the value.

I am using an A9L bin on my A9P ECU so I can do the datalogging. I got the A9L files from the Moaes site.

Also, after I upload a bin, I see a message about an Error in the bottom of TP and I am not sure what that is referring to. I wasn't able to find anything in the help or on line telling me more about this.

The motor runs fine otherwise but all this makes me wonder, could I have damaged my PCM while installing the QH and that would cause these problems?
