I have a .bin file from my ecu.
I know the maps hex adresses.
How can this a .xdf file make?

For example, the table is the following:
01D3E......DRIVER WISH.......8X12

What do I need to give in TunerPro XDF parameter creator?

You need the map address and size, rows x columns. It helps to know your descriptors figure out what the maps do.
