Info on creating a adx definition

Can anybody point me to a link which would help me understand how to create an adx file as I can't find any info online.

I have successfully created my own xdf which works perfectly while live tuning with tuner pro and moates apu1. I have to create my own files as there is nothing available for my European GM vehicle (Opel/Vauxhall Astra).

I am now in need of data logging to enable me to properly dial in my tune. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be much appreciated.

My Bosch Ecu number is 0261 200 185
The GM ecu number is 90 299 569
