XDF file needed for 0 261 200 400 M50B20 ECU

Hello!
I have been looking for DXF file for this 1990 BMW E34 520i automatic but i cant find it anywhere. XDF is similar to 403 ecu, but the offset is wrong and i dont think cheksum will work.
Here is the RAR file. I have some more information about this car/ecu in note file.
