EFI tuning question

Hi,
I've changed my stock air filter on my 07 Sportster to a joker machine/K&N filter. I've also changed my stock pipes to screaming eagle 2 pipes (they are actually fr a Dyna).
My question is what is the cheapest way to tune my EFI? Do I have to get it tuned before I try firing it up (is there any issues that could damage my motor if it's run too lean?).
Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Josh
