413 Red label Hard Cut

The obd1 emulator I own allows me to have a second map, activated by a button inside my cabin. I've been using this as a two step rev limiter and it seems to work pretty well. Though I think it is a fuel based Cut. Is there any way to tune this to a hard cut limiter so I can piss off my neighbors with Flames. Thank you
