Need some help with fans on an 01 P01

I have been fighting the new fans to operate on AC pressures. fans operate on engine temp as expected
fan relays (3 of them) can be turned on and off individually by scanner. have installed high pressure transducer in AC line and can read high pressure with scanner. running AC normal by cab controls engages compressor clutch, pressures climb to over 300psi, use scanner to engage fans' pressures
drop to normal (checked with gage set) gage set and transducer pressures differ by about 25psi.
i have set the every thing i can find
