I'm making some progress. Plug appears in Windows 7. On Windows 7, we used the ELM327 cable connected to a OBDI to OBDII cable. We are trying to connect a 8192 baud. my car '93 Corsica ln2 engine. I'm new to TurnerPro RT. I have the elm 327 Interface connector. I have the ELM connected to a OBDI to OBDII converter cable. I'm attempting to load the elm327 plug in.
