How to load elm327 plugin

Post by historystamp »

I'm new to TurnerPro RT. I have the elm 327 Interface connector. I have the ELM connected to a OBDI to OBDII converter cable. I'm attempting to load the elm327 plug in. TurnerPro Rt cannot see it.

1) Do I need to use the elm327 plugin? If it makes any difference, I'm running this with VirtualPC on a Mac. For the actual usage with my Corsica '93 2.2l, we will be using my friends Windows 7 laptop.

2) This image will show what folder I placed the plugin in, what plugins are shown via help, & where Windows found one of the shown plugins.

Here is what version of TurnerPro RT that I am using.

I'm making some progress.

Plug appears in Windows 7.

On Windows 7, we used the ELM327 cable connected to a OBDI to OBDII cable.

We are trying to connect a 8192 baud. my car '93 Corsica ln2 engine.

What is our status. The 64.07 HZ seems low to me. We didn't see any output.
