Frustrated but determined...Need some help for sure!

So a bit about the vehicle: it is a 1995 Jeep Wrangler that I have put a 383 TPI into with a 700R4 ECU is a 1227727 BLM is running about 108 at idle. I have pulled the BIN from the purchased S&P chip and I am using the Super_8dm2.ecu XDF file. Not sure what I should be tuning to get it back clos...
