Alright I figured it out. Somehow I grabbed the wrong chip, the one that was installed in the Moates G3 adapter, which is NOT a 27SF512 chip. So, now that I have the right chip everything is working. Now to see what she does!

Well I know it's a little late but thank you. Finally making progress however slow it is. Just now trying to modify a bin for the 7730 ecm. The guy that wrote the original bin has it SO far off I can't even drive my truck, which is supposed to be a daily driver. Anyway, thanks for the input!
